Not every project fits a standard shape. Our moulding and forming service turns flat sheet, plate and bar into the profile you need, from simple bent angles and channels to custom trims, brackets and curved pieces. All forming is done to your drawings in our Jamaica, Queens shop.
Because we also cut, drill and weld, we can take a part from raw material to a finished, ready-to-install piece in one place.
Moulding Services we supply
- Press-brake bending. Sheet and plate bent into angles, channels, hats, Z-shapes and brackets.
- Trims and flashing profiles. Custom edge trims, caps and cover profiles for building projects.
- Curved and rolled parts. Bar, tube and plate bent to curves for railings, canopies and decorative work.
