Key points
- American Standard C-channel and miscellaneous MC channel in structural steel.
- Cut to length, drilled, punched and welded to your drawings.
- Popular for stair stringers, frames, bracing, trailers and equipment bases.
Channel is one of the most versatile structural shapes: a flat web with two flanges that makes it easy to bolt or weld against walls, slabs and other members. Iron Wei Steel Corp supplies steel channel to builders, ironworkers and manufacturers across New York City from our Jamaica, Queens location.
Whether you need a few pieces for a stair stringer or a full order for a framing job, we can cut, drill and prepare the channel so it is ready for installation.
Channels we supply
- C-channel (American Standard). Tapered inside flanges; the most common channel for framing, stringers and supports. Typically ASTM A36.
- MC channel (miscellaneous). Heavier or deeper sections for special loads, such as trailer frames and equipment bases.
- Stainless and aluminum channel. Available for corrosion-resistant or lightweight applications. Ask our sales team.
